Authentication Method
Our application uses Facebook Login for user authentication. When you sign in, you are authenticated through Facebook's secure login system, which is then integrated with Cloudflare Access for enterprise-grade security.
Important: You authenticate with Facebook, not with our application directly. This means your password is protected by Facebook's security infrastructure.
Data Collection
When you use our application, we collect only the minimum data necessary for authentication and access control:
- Facebook ID: Your unique identifier on Facebook (required for authentication)
- Email Address: Your email address from your Facebook profile (used for identity verification)
- Basic Profile Information: Name and profile picture from your Facebook account (for display purposes)
We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information beyond what is necessary for authentication.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for authentication purposes:
- Verifying your identity when you log in
- Maintaining your authenticated session
- Enforcing access control policies
- Logging authentication events for security and compliance
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than authentication and access control.
Data Storage
Minimal user data is stored on our servers. Specifically:
- Authentication tokens and session information are cached temporarily
- Access logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes
- Your Facebook ID and email are stored only for account linking and authentication
All data is stored securely on infrastructure managed by Cloudflare, which implements industry-leading security measures.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with any third parties. Your information is shared only with Facebook (for authentication) and Cloudflare (for access control), both of which have their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Your data is retained only as long as necessary:
- Authentication tokens expire automatically after your session ends
- Access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes
- Your account data persists until you disconnect the application from Facebook
Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data. You can delete all information associated with your account at any time by disconnecting this application from your Facebook account.
When you remove this application from your Facebook account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
